Office Refurbishment: The Strand, Central London

We were approached by a client with whom we’d worked on a number of occasions, who specialise in high-end, luxury property in Central London. The Outer Temple offices are ideally located in an area of London that’s in high demand among businesses, with short walks to Waterloo and Charing Cross stations, as well as a panoramic view of the Royal Courts of Justice.

It was the Fallon Builders team’s job to bring the office interiors up to the standards expected by contemporary business tenants, and do so with our customary care, efficiency and exemplary level of service. So, it was time to leave our homes in Essex and head into the middle of London.

The Job

‍As experienced office refurbishment contractors, at Fallon Builders we pride ourselves on striving to meet our clients’ demands to the letter. In this case, we needed to embark upon a full refurbishment of the Outer Temple offices, making the most of the existing features such as the abundance of natural light throughout the building.

With 1,433 sq ft of space to fit out, we had plenty to be getting on with. We equipped the fifth floor offices at Outer Temple with all the amenities a modern business needs, from full cabling to kitchen facilities. With a comfort cooling system, the office would be light and airy to work in for long periods, perfectly complementing its bright, open-plan feel.

The Result

‍In commercial office fit outs, as with any construction, the biggest sign you’re doing something right is when a client comes back to you for their next project. We had worked with this particular client before, and they knew we’d get the job done to an exceptional standard, so being able to reward their trust was immensely gratifying for the whole Fallon Builders team. Having finished the internals on Outer Temple, we were next due to start on the externals… but that’s a story for another day.

As professional office refurbishment contractors, we’re aware of the pressure that our commercial clients are under. Fit-out work needs to be done to a high standard, but also completed on schedule so that the building can be opened up to tenants again as quickly as possible. We pride ourselves on hitting the mark every time – and the number of repeat customers we have is an indication we must be doing something right.
